By booking an appointment or receiving any services at Body Bliss & Co ("we," "our," "us"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our body contouring services, including but are not limited to, EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation), RF Skin Tightening, Fat Cavitation, Vacuum Cellulite Therapy, LED Light Therapy, and the purchase of related products.

1.1 EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation)
Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS) is a non-invasive treatment that uses electrical impulses to stimulate muscle contractions. EMS can help tone muscles, improve muscle strength, and enhance skin firmness.

1.2 RF Skin Tightening
Radiofrequency (RF) skin tightening utilizes controlled heat to stimulate collagen production, improving skin elasticity and reducing the appearance of wrinkles and sagging.

1.3 Fat Cavitation
Fat Cavitation is a non-invasive body contouring technique that uses ultrasonic waves to break down fat cells, targeting stubborn areas of fat. This treatment is aimed at body slimming and contouring.

1.4 Vacuum Cellulite Therapy
Vacuum Cellulite Therapy involves the use of suction to stimulate circulation, reduce the appearance of cellulite, and enhance lymphatic drainage, resulting in smoother skin.

1.5 LED Light Therapy
LED Light Therapy uses various wavelengths of light to treat a range of skin concerns, including acne, fine lines, and inflammation. It also improves skin texture and promotes collagen production.

1.6 Products
We offer a range of products, such as body lotions, creams, and serums, to complement our body contouring services. These products are not medically necessary but may enhance the results of our treatments.

2.1 Health Disclosure
Before receiving treatment, you agree to disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, or health concerns. This includes, but is not limited to, pregnancy, heart disease, diabetes, cancer, or skin conditions, as these may affect your eligibility for certain treatments and may affect the treatment process or outcomes. You agree that you are solely responsible for providing accurate information.

2.2 Contraindications
The following conditions may disqualify you from receiving certain treatments:

• Pregnancy or breastfeeding
• Heart conditions or pacemaker usage
• Severe diabetes
• Cancer or recent cancer treatment
• Skin infections or wounds
• Surgical Implants including but not limited to Prosthesis, Metal Implants 7 Medical Devices.

If any of the above apply to you, please consult with your healthcare provider before scheduling a treatment.

2.2 Medical Clearance
You acknowledge that certain treatments may not be suitable for you, and you are advised to seek medical advice if you have any pre-existing medical conditions or concerns. It is your responsibility to ensure you are medically fit for the procedures offered by Body Bliss & Co.

2.3 Informed Consent
By proceeding with any of our treatments, you acknowledge that you understand the risks involved in body contouring treatments and consent to receiving the treatment. You agree that you will follow the provided instructions, including aftercare guidelines, to ensure the best possible results.

3.1 Inherent Risks
You understand that body contouring treatments involve certain inherent risks, including but not limited to skin irritation, rashes, bruising, burns, scarring, muscle soreness, or other side effects. While we strive to minimize these risks, results may vary based on individual factors such as health, skin type, and adherence to aftercare instructions.

3.2 No Guarantees
Body Bliss & Co makes no guarantees regarding the results of any treatments. The effectiveness of treatments is dependent on various factors, including your health, lifestyle, and adherence to post-treatment care.

3.3 Aftercare Compliance
You acknowledge and agree to follow the aftercare instructions provided by Body Bliss & Co. We are not responsible for any adverse outcomes resulting from your failure to follow these instructions.

4.1 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Body Bliss & Co and its employees, agents, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to injury, loss of income, or dissatisfaction with the results of treatments. Our total liability for any claims arising from services provided is limited to the amount paid for the specific treatment in question.

4.2 Waiver of Liability
By receiving treatments from Body Bliss & Co, you acknowledge and accept the risks involved, including but not limited to injury, discomfort, or dissatisfaction. You release Body Bliss & Co from any and all liability, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

4.3 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Body Bliss & Co and its employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, or costs, including legal fees, arising from your use of our services, your failure to follow aftercare instructions, or your own negligence.

5.1 Payment Terms
Payment for services is due at the time of the appointment. We accept Credit card, debit card, cash & instalments. Packages or series of treatments must be paid for in full at the time of booking.

5.2 Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee of 30%. No-shows will also be charged a cancellation fee of 30%.

5.3 Refunds
All payments for services and products are non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied with the results of a treatment, we may offer additional sessions or alternative treatments at our discretion.

6.1 Personal Information
By using our services, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal information, including medical history, payment details, and contact information. We will not share your personal information without your consent unless required by law.

6.2 Photographs
Photographs or other visual records may be taken before, during, or after treatments to track progress. These records are for internal & external use and will may be shared publicly without your consent as agreed to in the consultation form required to be filled out at the time of treatment.

7.1 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it will be referred to mediation in Sydney, New South Wales. If mediation fails, the dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration.

7.2 Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You agree that any legal action related to these terms shall be brought in the courts of New South Wales.

8.1 Modifications to Terms & Conditions
Body Bliss & Co reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website, and by continuing to use our services, you agree to the updated Terms & Conditions.

8.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

8.3 Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and Body Bliss & Co regarding the use of our services. By using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms.
